DrayTek Vigor2865series: new load balancing VDSL2 router series with 35b Super Vectoring support!

LEXIS SA, exclusive distributor of DrayTek products in Greece and Cyprus, announces the release of the new VDSL2 / ADSL2 + load balancing Router series, Vigor2865, with 35b Super Vectoring support, specially designed for business applications. 

The new series feature 2 WAN ports for traffic load-balancing, failover & backup, the 2nd can be converted to LAN, additional 5 LAN 10/100 / 1000Base-Tx ports and 2 USB ports for 3G/4G dongle connection in case of loss of connectivity. In addition, the wireless model Vigor2865ac, wave2 802.11ac protocol, features 4 detachable 'n' and 'ac' antennas for speeds of up to 800 Mbit/s and 1733 Mbit/s respectively, and supports multiple SSIDs.

Among their features, Vigor2865 series include up to 32 VPNs, VPN trunking, and flexible LAN ports management based on 802.1q tags and MAC addresses. They have security features to avoid overloading the network via QoS with Voice VLAN and Surveillance VLAN to optimally detect call traffic and video sharing. In addition, they have integrated object-based and SPI firewall, DoS / DDoS attack prevention and content filtering, ensuring a stable, fully reliable and secure network.

Vigor2865 series models can be configured through VigorACS 2 central management software, and they can also act as a controller for managing up to 20 DrayTek access points and 10 switches.
