Hillstone Networks A200 series includes the models A200 and A200W. It is complete security router / next generation firewall (NGFW) with security services against every threat, for use in small businesses. It includes 5 fully configurable Ethernet ports (WAN/LAN), 1 SFP port for expansion or additional performance requirements, as well as USB/Ethernet ports for easy management. The variant A200W additionally has integrated Wi-Fi (IEEE802.11a/b/g/n/ac).

As a security device, A200 provides the following services: Antivirus for protection against suspicious software and malware, Intrusion Prevention System (IPS) for continuous network monitoring and prevention of detected malicious activities, URL Filtering for blocking of visiting malicious websites, QoS to ensure network stability for every need, IP Reputation for blocking communication with IP addresses related with phishing and malicious activities, protection against C&C Botnet which detects internal infected devices and blocks their communication with the control server, and Cloud Sandbox for a more sophisticated behavior analysis of suspicious files.

When it comes to performance, it provides throughputs of Firewall 1Gbps, NGFW 300Mbps, Threat Protection 200Mbps, IPS 610Mbps and AV 550Mbps. Additionally, VPN functionality is supported for remote access to internal assets, with support of 8 free VPN users which can be extended on request. It also has internal storage 4GB for local log storage.
